CSWDO may programa para sa mga street children

Tuloy tuloy ang City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) sa implementasyon ng Sagip Kalinga sa mga Bata Program na tumutulong sa mga bata upang maiangat ang kanilang buhay, gumagabay at nagbibigay proteksyon sa kanila laban sa panganib ng lipunan at pang-aabuso. Kabilang sa sektor na kinakalinga ng programa ay ang mga mga batang nasa panganib at mahihina (child most at risk and vulnerable); rugby boys; street children; child laborer; nangangalkal ng basura at mga nanlilimos na mga Bajau.

Batangas 5th District Representative Mario Vittorio "Marvey" A. Mariño was elected on Wednesday, August 9, 2017, by the members of the House of Representatives as the new Chairman of the House Committee on Civil Service and Professional Regulation. Its jurisdiction includes all matters directly and principally relating to the organization, operation, management, rules and regulations of the civil service; the status, welfare and benefits of government officers and employees; and the regulation of admission to and the practice of professions.

Malawakang pagpapagawa ng mga kalsada nakatakdang ipatupad

Nakatakdang gawin sa isang taon ang ilang mga major roads sa lungsod kasama na ang asphalt overlay ng may 42 city roads sa poblacion at isang kalapit barangay kapag na release na ang natitirang P650 million sa P1billion- loan ng pamahalaang lungsod sa Land Bank of the Philippines.
