Itinuro ang ibat-ibang techniques kung paano maiiligtas ang isang biktima tulad ng head, neck and spinal injuries in water, head splint technique, alternate- in- line stabilization technique, spinal back boarding and extrication- deep water at ang entries/approaches, stride jump, saving approaches, assist at rescue.
“Since every pool and facility is different, life guards must take it upon themselves to learn how to perform all specific duties efficiently and effectively. Being alert, professional, constantly building your rescue skills at all times will help save lives”dagdag pa ni Villanueva.
(PIO Batangas City)
