Mandate:

The OSCA shall perform the function of implementing the provisions of RA 7432, RA 9257 and RA 9994 also known as the Senior Citizen Act 2010. And Ordinance 21, Series 1993.


Vision:

To intensify, promote and give the full support to the welfare of the elderly through meaningful programs and interventions.


Mission:

To establish programs and activities that will help boost the morale and improve the well-being of the elderly.
