LOOK: The Batangas City Government, represented by Mayor Beverley Dimacuha, entered into and signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Excellent Energy Resources Inc. (EERI) for the establishment and administration of Trust Accounts by DOE DC2018-08-0021, April 21.

This pertains to the accrued financial benefits from the commercial operations of the EERI Combined Cycle Power Plant in Batangas City.

EERI was represented by its President and Chief Executive Officer, Yari Miralao, and Plant Manager, Patrick Dy Echo.
