This Library upholds its mission of providing and promoting open and equal access to quality materials, facilities, programs and services in order to meet information, educational, cultural and recreational needs of all members of the community.

The Batangas City Public Library is a leader in providing a safe and an eco-friendly environment furnished with modern equipments and facilities where all clients can connect intellectually and socially. The library exists to provide equal access to current and vital information of varied formats both electronic and print. The library cherishes to preserve the historical and cultural heritage of the city through electronic means and is highly committed in offering programs and resources that can contribute to the intellectual, spritual and physical well being of an individual.
