RESOLVED, to return to Barangay Balete, Batangas City its Ordinance No. 4 S. 2021 entitled: "Ordinansang Nagtatakda ng 20 kph Na Pagpapatakbo ng mga Sasakyan at Pag-aalis ng mga Helmet ng mga Motorista na Dadaan sa Sitio 3 Sakop ng Barangay Balete, Lungsod ng Batangas at Pinapayagan na Hanggang ika-10 ng Gabi ang Pagdaan Dito at sa ika-10:01 ng Gabi ay Isasarado na ang Naturang Harang" for consideration.
