TRANSPORT FORUM

TRANSPORT FORUM ORGANIZED BY SP Committee on Transport and the Judiciary, February 27 at the Session Hall.

As gathered from broadcaster Jaime Mauricio, there are 2,700 cases of traffic violation that are pending at the Judiciary, Bulwagan ng Katarungan. Hence the need to inform drivers of the consequences when violations are not given attention within 72 hours. The case will be reported to NBI and hence will appear on clearances. This, accordingly, may not look good when applying for employment abroad.

Topics discussed: TDRO Process Flow; Prosecution of Violation, Service Warrants.

Councilor Armando Lazarte, Engr. Kiko Berredo and judges from the Judiciary led by Executive Judge Petronila P. Tanas were present to facilitate the forum.
