We have nurtured our manpower, natural resources and maximized our competitive advantages as we gear up to become the best investment site in CALABARZON.

In our pursuit for rational industrialization, we have adopted a zoning program that would designate two viable areas as industrial zones, housing industries in an environment of strategic convenience and natural harmony. Despite our quest for industrialization, we have balanced progress in harmony with the environment.

In the area of infrastructure development, several moves have been initiated to further make the investment climate of Batangas City more attractive to both local and foreign investors. The soon to be completed expansion of Batangas City Port assures modern, fast and efficient cargo handling and passenger travel. The extension of the Southern Tagalog Access Road (STAR) provides a faster and convenient route in exploring and penetrating the markets of CALABARZON and the rest of the key cities in the Philippines. Plans for the revival of the railway system from Manila to Batangas will make the city more accessible.
