The Batangas City Government now invites bids for the above described infrastructure projects. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in the Instruction to Bidders.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act". Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 A.M.-12:00 Noon and 1:00P.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Bidding documents can be purchased by interested bidders from the address below upon payment of a non-refundable amount as per Sangguniang Panlungsod Resolution No. 4 Series of 2005 to the Batangas City Treasurer's Office.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids will not be accepted.

The Batangas City Government assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.

The Batangas City Government reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and annul the bidding process and reject all bids any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to affected bidders.
