Supply and delivery of Odor Deodorizer for use of General Services Department-Public Service & Maintenance Unit, Batangas City.

The Batangas City Government through the General Services Department-Public Service & Maintenance Unit intends to apply the sum of Php 498,750.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract for BAC-PG-00118-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
The Batangas City Government now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply and
delivery of the above-named procurement. Delivery of the GOODS is required
within 20 calendar days upon contract signing. The description of an eligible Bidder is
dcontained in Section II of the Bidding Documents ITB.
Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the Batangas City Government and
inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of Php 1,000.00 for the supply & delivery of Odor Deodorizer for use of GSD-PSMU, Batangas City, payable to the Batangas City Treasurer's Office.
The Bidding Documents shall be received personally by the prospective bidders or his
authorized representative.
Bids and eligibility requirements must be delivered to the address below on or before
July 03, 2008 at 8:00 AM. Late Bids shall not be accepted. All bids must be
accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the following form:

Bid Opening shall be on July 03, 2008 at 8:30 AM at the Office of the General Services
Officer, Batangas City. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidder's representatives
who choose to attend at the address below.
The City Government of Batangas reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul
the bidding process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without
thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
