INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID
Lot I   Purchase of VARIOUS MEDICINES for use by Barangay Poblacion 16 residents.
The Barangay Government of Poblacion 16 intends to apply the sum of Php 29,968.00 respectively being the Approved Budget for the Contract for Lot. I/BAC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

The Barangay Government of Poblacion 16, now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply and delivery of the above-named procurement. Delivery of the GOODS is required within 15 calendar days upon contract signing. The description of an eligible Bidder is conatained in Section II of the Bidding Documents ITB.

Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Office and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 PM.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below. The Bidding Documents shall be received personally by the prospective Bidder or his authorized representative.

Bids and eligibility requirements must be delivered to the address below on or before June 20, 2008 at 2:00 PM. Late Bids shall not be accepted. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid security in any of the following form.
FORM LOT I
1. Cash (1% of ABC) Php N / A 
2. Bank Guarantee (1.5% of ABC) Php N / A 
3. Surety Bond (2.5% of ABC) Php 749.20 
Bid Opening shall be on June 20, 2:00 PM at the Office of the BAC Chairman, Brgy. Poblacion 16, Batangas City. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

The Barangay Government of Poblacion 16, Batangas City, reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
