The Batangas City Government through the Office of the City Treasurer, intends to apply the sum of Php 900,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract for BAC-PG-00008-10. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

The Batangas City Government now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply and delivery of the above-named procurement. Publication of the GOODS is required within 20 calendar days upon contract signing. Bidders should have completed, within one year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".

Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184.

Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the Batangas City Government and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of Php 2,000.00 for the Publication of Notice of Delinquency for use of the City Treasurer's Office, payable to the Batangas City Treasurer's Cashier.

The Bidding Documents shall be received personally by the prospective bidders or his authorized representative.
